Holy Christmas and the New Year brought a new house
We
are happy to announce to you that the new family house,
the “Risen” project, was inaugurated on December,
14th, 2002. It is wonderful to see that such a project was
carried out by a group of young people who had grown up
in orphanage.
“On this occasion I thank the donors who gave us the
chance to work in the
Risen project, I am grateful to them for believing in us,
in the ability to bring to an end the building of the house.
It was difficult, but we succeeded” Kocsis Miklos(
Nicu). Nicu is an example of how life for a orphan can change.
He lived in the orphanage but thanks to his sponsor was
able to learn construction. Last year he became the project
supervisor and successfully completed this major project
for GSB.
Aid for Romania Children and Good Samaritan created an alternative
to the huge state orphanage.
